Ryan Mettling
Ryan Mettling, partner and publisher of Performance Programs, is an accomplished online curriculum designer, author, and course developer. He is responsible for the company’s strategic planning, general management, printing and production, e-pub and retail platforms, and multi-channel marketing. Ryan is a co-author of the Real Estate License Exam Prep (RELEP) Series and Real Estate Math Express. Mr. Mettling is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA), and graduated Valedictorian from the University of Central Florida’s College of Business Administration.
Stephen Mettling
Stephen Mettling has been a real estate educator and custom training program developer specializing in real estate over the past forty years. During that time he has written or co-developed over 100 books, professional training programs and texts covering all aspects of residential, commercial, and corporate real estate for national trade organizations and real estate companies. Additionally Steve has directed numerous statewide real estate schools and served as vice president of Dearborn Financial Services where he headed up the country’s largest real estate, securities and insurance license training network.
Stephen Mettling and David Cusic have operated one of the nation's most successful custom training organizations specializing in real estate program development. They are perhaps best known for writing Principles of Real Estate Practice, a national real estate principles textbook used by over 50,000 students per year.

Dr. Cusic, an author and educator, has been engaged in vocation-oriented education since 1966. David earned his Ph.D in linguistics from Stanford University. Specializing in real estate training since 1978, he has developed numerous real estate training programs for corporate and institutional clients around the country including NAR, CoreNet Global, and the CCIM Institute.

Paula Minnis has joined Performance Programs to augment the company’s social media presence nationally as well as enhance our market profile within key spheres of influence in real estate education. In addition, Ms. Minnis will be focused on business development, market planning, SEO strategies, and client communications. Paula graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida where she majored in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications. She also holds active certifications from Google and the HubSpot Academy. Paula is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA).
Editorial
Kseniya Korneva is a licensed REALTOR® in Tampa, Florida with a passion for writing and editing. She graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from Clemson University and fell in love with real estate shortly after. Coming from a long line of academics, her love for education runs deep. Kseniya was first introduced to the world of publishing after writing her own ebook in 2019 and realized she wanted to dive deeper. Lisa DeSpain has been involved in publishing since 1998, first in traditional publishing and then working directly with authors. She brings experience from multiple areas of publishing, including distribution, production, editorial, marketing and platform building. Lisa DeSpain has been involved in publishing since 1998, first in traditional publishing and then working directly with authors. She brings experience from multiple areas of publishing, including distribution, production, editorial, marketing and platform building.
